These terms cover your use of the Mercy Lotad Funeral Services website. They do not cover the funeral services themselves. Those are agreed with you directly, in writing, before any work begins. By using this website you accept the terms set out below.
This website is operated by Mercy Lotad Funeral Services, a funeral services provider based in Lagos, Nigeria.
It exists to describe the services we offer and to let you get in touch. It is not a booking system, and nothing on it creates a contract between us.
We describe our services, facilities and products as accurately as we can. Even so, descriptions and images on this website are illustrative.
Caskets, urns, wreaths and other items vary in availability, and what is pictured may differ from what is in stock. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and no price shown or implied here is binding.
Before any service is arranged, we will give you a written quotation setting out exactly what is included and what it costs. That quotation, once agreed, is what governs the work.
Sending us an enquiry through this website does not book or reserve anything, and it does not oblige either of us to proceed.
